A full-service grocery store is back in Southwest Birmingham.

On September 2, 2026, Carver Jones Market opened its doors at 873 Dennison Avenue SW in the Heritage Park Towne Center, ending a nearly three-year stretch without a full-service grocery store in Titusville and Woodland Park.

Birmingham's local news covered the opening, our fresh produce and meat counter, Discount Tuesdays, the coming Citizen's Express Pharmacy, and the jobs the store brings to District 6.
