Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, or limit any order at our discretion. We may also cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, or per transaction.

We may contact you using the contact information you provide if we need additional verification or if there is an issue with your order.

6. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable payment method for the full amount of the order, including applicable taxes, fees, and any delivery or service charges.

If payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may cancel the order.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Because we sell grocery and perishable items, our returns and refunds policy is limited as described below.

7.1 Perishable and Grocery Items

For health and safety reasons, perishable items are generally not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Fresh produce
• Meat, seafood, and poultry
• Dairy products
• Frozen foods
• Prepared foods
• Opened food items
• Items past their expiration date at the time of the return request

This limitation does not apply to items that arrive or are sold damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrect. Those situations are covered in Section 7.3.

7.2 Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable grocery or retail items may be eligible for return only if all of the following apply:

• The item is unopened
• The item is in original condition and packaging
• The return request is made within 14 days of purchase
• You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

7.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Order number or receipt number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos, if available

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, spoiled, or incorrectly fulfilled, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

7.4 Refund Timing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within a reasonable time after approval. Actual timing may depend on your financial institution or payment provider.

Refunds may be issued as an original payment reversal, store credit, or a replacement product, as applicable.

Delivery and service fees are non-refundable unless the return or refund is required due to our error or a defective product.

7.5 Inspection and Approval

All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Carver Jones Market. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

8. Promotions, Coupons, and Discounts
